Who handles your request

The Mall Virtual CR project is presented by The Future Place CR in Costa Rica. For questions about your information, contact us on WhatsApp at +506 6397-1710.

What information is requested

The form asks for your brand name, contact person, category, plan and billing cycle. You may optionally add your website or social account and a message. Do not include card details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

How it is sent

The form prepares a message with your details, chosen plan and billing cycle, then shows a link to open WhatsApp. Form details are not sent to a form server and no request is received until you send the message. Opening the link shares the text with WhatsApp, subject to that service's terms and privacy policies.

Campaign UTM tags may be included in the message if you arrived through an advertising link. Other page URL parameters are not automatically added.

How your message is used

To answer your inquiry, assess your business's participation, arrange a demonstration and follow up on a possible business relationship. Sending a request does not automatically subscribe you to bulk marketing campaigns.

Retention and access

Information sent through WhatsApp becomes part of your commercial conversation with The Future Place CR. It is kept while needed for your inquiry, business relationship and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the same channel; any applicable limitation will be explained in the response.

Cookies, storage and optional analytics

We store your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage (mall_consent_v1) for up to 180 days. This is necessary to remember your decision; it is not used for advertising. You can browse and request a plan even if you reject analytics.

Only after you accept analytics do we download TFP Tracker v7.1 PRO from tracker.thefutureplacecr.com, using the public site key mallvirtualcr, and send measurements to https://tracker.thefutureplacecr.com/collect.php. It measures visits, duration, interactions, campaigns, performance and technical device and browser characteristics. It may send the visited URL and referrer. The receiving server may see the connection’s IP address.

The tracker uses visitor and session identifiers and visit counters in localStorage and sessionStorage, with keys tfp_visitor_id, tfp_first_visit, tfp_last_visit, tfp_visit_num, tfp_total_seconds, tfp_sid_v6 and tfp_visit_counted. Local storage remains until removed or permission is withdrawn; session storage lasts for the browser session. This integration does not request precise location, camera or microphone access, or send your typed form values to analytics.

You can accept, reject or adjust analytics in the initial notice or through “Cookie preferences” in each page’s footer. When you withdraw permission, we block new transmissions to the endpoint, remove known tracker storage keys and reload the page to stop its processes. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by the server; request review or deletion through WhatsApp.

This site does not add Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Hosting may keep technical logs needed to operate and protect the website. Contact The Future Place CR about server-side analytics retention; this notice does not invent an unconfirmed retention period.

Services when opening the tour or WhatsApp

The shoe store tour loads only on request and keeps the platform and controls of its original publication. Opening it connects to the tour’s hosting and resources from its 3DVista provider. WhatsApp applies its own terms when you open the contact link. Neither external service is activated to display the privacy notice.

Privacy questions
