Can I join the mall without a monthly fee?
Yes. The Gratis plan keeps enrollment and monthly fees at ₡0. It includes a basic template-based 360° storefront and up to 20 initially approved product listings. You do not need a paid plan to introduce your brand.
What does Emprendedor include for $50/month?
Up to 200 products, 3D store design and a chatbot for your business. Choose $50 USD monthly or $500 USD upfront for 12 months, the equivalent of 10 monthly payments.
What does the $99/month Élite plan include?
It includes Emprendedor features, unlimited products, Premium store design and live video chat to guide customers to a product and assist them during their visit. It costs $99 USD monthly or $990 USD upfront for 12 months.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service. Emprendedor goes from $600 to $500 per year: save $100. Élite goes from $1,188 to $990: save $198. The discount equals 16.67% compared with 12 monthly payments. The full annual price is paid upfront; it is not a monthly installment.
Does the monthly fee replace my product supply price?
These are separate arrangements. The subscription covers the chosen plan's design and features. Under resale on demand, Mall Virtual CR buys each product at the supply price agreed with your brand and resells it to the consumer. Those commercial terms are agreed separately, including for the Gratis plan.
Who handles video calls in Élite?
Your business assigns the person and agrees their availability. The feature lets them talk with visitors and guide them in real time through the enabled experience to the product they need. Sales staff employed by The Future Place CR are not included.
Does the chatbot use my business information?
The chatbot in Emprendedor and Élite is configured with your brand's approved commercial information. Before activation, we agree on questions, the reference catalog and setup scope. It is designed to guide visitors and answer common questions.
Do I need a virtual reality headset?
You do not need one to browse the website and learn about the project. Use a phone, tablet or computer with a compatible browser. The 3D viewer requires WebGL and its performance depends on the device. Headset-based VR is validated for each experience and device.
Do I have to hand over inventory to the mall?
No. You keep your inventory and confirm availability for each order. When you accept a TFPCR purchase order, you prepare and ship to the customer under the agreed terms. Consignment inventory is not required.
How do I request a plan?
Choose your plan and monthly or annual billing, complete the form and send the prepared WhatsApp message. We review your catalog, design and activation before formalizing the service. A request does not trigger a charge or an automatic renewal.
Does the Gratis plan have a minimum commitment?
No. Gratis has no minimum term or exclusivity, provided you complete outstanding orders and obligations when leaving. For paid plans, the service period, renewals, changes and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before any charge.
Can I already buy products and pay on this website?
This website presents the project, plans and progress, and accepts commercial inquiries. Product checkout and automatic subscription billing are not connected in this version. Store, chatbot and video-call activation are coordinated with The Future Place CR.
What do I need to provide for my store design?
Your logo, colors, catalog, authorized photographs, product details and a person responsible for approving content. For paid plans, we agree on design and launch scope before starting. Professional photography, campaigns and special integrations are quoted separately if needed.
Are the prices in dollars?
Yes. Emprendedor costs $50 USD monthly or $500 USD per year. Élite costs $99 USD monthly or $990 USD per year. Applicable taxes and billing terms are detailed in the proposal before purchase.
Are sales guaranteed?
No. Mall presence, design and service tools create an additional sales channel; they do not guarantee traffic, sales or search rankings. The service scope is agreed before each brand is activated.
