Your store service
Gratis, Emprendedor and Élite define catalog size, design and the included customer-service tools. Emprendedor and Élite offer monthly or upfront annual billing. Gratis keeps enrollment and monthly fees at ₡0.
The product order model
- The buyer asks about a product. When sales are activated, the buyer must know the final price, availability and delivery before confirming.
- Availability is confirmed. The brand validates stock and the supply price.
- The mall sells to the consumer. It manages payment and the appropriate receipt through the enabled sales process.
- TFPCR buys from the supplier. It issues an order and pays as agreed. The supplier invoices TFPCR.
- The brand ships. It prepares the customer's order and confirms delivery.
- The mall coordinates after-sales support. It assists the buyer and works with the supplier under the commercial agreement.
Digital service and human assistance
Emprendedor and Élite include a chatbot configured with the brand's approved commercial information. Élite adds video calls and live guidance within the enabled experience. The person handling calls is part of your business and works during the agreed hours.
Current website status
This website presents the plans, renders, 3D model and progress video, and prepares WhatsApp requests. It does not automatically charge for subscriptions or products. Each brand experience and its features are activated after the scope is defined with The Future Place CR.
