# The next step, with every detail clear. 

A summary of Gratis, Emprendedor and Élite, including annual billing. Updated October 21, 2026.

## 1. Status and scope of this website

Mall Virtual CR is a project by The Future Place CR, currently in development. This website presents the plans, prices and project progress, and prepares requests through WhatsApp. This version does not activate subscriptions, charge automatically or provide a product checkout.

## 2. Gratis plan

₡0 enrollment and ₡0 monthly fee. Includes standard setup, a basic template-based 360° storefront and up to 20 initially approved product listings. No minimum term or exclusivity; outstanding orders and obligations must be completed when leaving.

## 3. Emprendedor plan

Monthly price: $50 USD. Includes up to 200 products, 3D store design and a chatbot using your business's approved information. Content, design and setup are agreed before work begins.

## 4. Élite plan

Monthly price: $99 USD. Includes Emprendedor features, unlimited products, Premium store design and live video chat to assist visitors and guide them to the product within the enabled experience.

Your business provides the staff and defines their availability. The feature does not include sales staff supplied by The Future Place CR or round-the-clock human assistance.

## 5. Annual billing: 12 months for the price of 10

Emprendedor costs $500 USD upfront for 12 months, saving $100 compared with $600 for 12 monthly payments. Élite costs $990 USD upfront for 12 months, saving $198 compared with $1,188 for 12 monthly payments.

The discount is equivalent to 16.67% of 12 monthly payments. The monthly equivalents of $41.67 for Emprendedor and $82.50 for Élite are for reference only: they are not installments of the annual plan.

## 6. Proposal, billing and changes

Paid plan prices are in USD. Applicable taxes, payment method, service period, activation, renewal, changes and cancellation terms are detailed in the proposal before purchase. Submitting this form is not a contract or authorization to charge you.

Design scope, required materials and schedule are agreed with each brand. Professional photography, campaigns and special integrations outside the plan require a separate proposal approved before any charge.

## 7. Product sales and supply

The subscription covers the plan's features and design. Under the resale-on-demand model, TFPCR buys from the supplier at an agreed supply price and sells to the consumer. The supplier invoices TFPCR and ships to the customer. These arrangements are agreed separately for every plan, including Gratis.

Before sales are activated, the parties agree on prices, validity, taxes, stock confirmation, delivery, invoicing, warranties, returns, support and the handling of information needed for each order.

## 8. Brands, materials and assessment

Brands must authorize the use of their logos, photographs and listings. Applications are subject to commercial and operational review. Renders show the visual concept and do not confirm participation by any brands shown.

## 9. Results

Sales, traffic, search rankings and financial results are not guaranteed. Services follow the agreed scope and are activated according to each business's proposal.
